Hours:  8:00-4:30 / M-F / Temp to Hire

Summary:
Looking for a detail-driven Client Service Specialist to join a fast-paced office. This position supports customers and internal teams by managing order entry, validating product specifications, handling service inquiries, and providing administrative office support. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and excels in professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter customer purchase orders into their system, ensuring pricing, product availability, and shipping details are correct.
  • Provide phone and email support for customers regarding orders, product information, and shipment status.
  • Answer multi-line phone system, direct calls, and relay accurate messages.
  • Validate inventory availability and shipping timelines with the warehouse or inventory system.
  • Assist walk-in clients or vendors, ensuring a professional front-office presence.
  • Manage and update documentation, date stamps, and records for incoming orders.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks such as document scanning, email correspondence, data entry, and filing.
  • Operate standard office equipment including computer systems, copiers, phones, and calculators.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Support sales, logistics, or production departments with order or product-related follow-up.
  • Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned.

  • Prior experience in purchasing
  • Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or data entry necessary
