Bookkeeper
Job Description
Work within our accounting department, reporting to our Controller and interfacing with our accounting clerk. We are looking for a team player who is well organized, detail oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Main responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable
· Maintain financial records and accounts
· Prepare financial reports
· Prepare and enter journal entries
· Prepare and reconcile bank statements
· Sales tax calculations and reports
· Payroll processing (ADP)
· Process and vetting of new client credit applications
· Other financial/accounting tasks as required

Details:
· Monday – Friday, in office
· 8am – 5pm
· Non-compete agreement required
Job Requirements
Requirements:
· 3 years bookkeeping experience (required)
· Bachelor’s accounting degree (preferred)
· E-Automate or Quick Books software experience
· Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel)
