Hours: 8:30-5:00 / M-F
General Summary
Manage timely processing of Asset Protection related case collections. Reconcile General Ledger accounts as required. Provide confidential support to Asset Protection department on internal/external investigations.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Review Asset Protection cases for accuracy and ensure eligibility criteria are met for collection
- Transmit cases for collection to 3rd Party Collection Agency
- Research and resolve any collection disputes
- Process monthly collection payment and any payments received
- Track and Process Award Payments for Integrity Matters cases
- Prepare Weekly Employee Sales Report
- Complete Onboarding Set up for New Hires
- Assist with research and payment of false alarm invoices
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Showcase Queries
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter; ability to work on a team as well as independently without supervision
- Must understand and be able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a work environment with shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be dependable
