Do you possess 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of overseeing financial performance, leading teams, and implementing best practices?

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the entire accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead the month-end closing process and manage the general ledger.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions.
• Implement controls to enhance billing, collection, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR on employee compensation and benefits.
• Prepare and deliver insightful financial reports for senior leadership.
• Offer strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
• Lead system upgrades and training initiatives for Oracle NetSuite.
• Manage external audits and address audit findings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA or CMA a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of comprehensive accounting practices, month-end closing, and general ledger management.
• Proven experience with accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP or a similar platform.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on mentorship and development.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
