Job Description

Position will be part-time 20-25 hours per week with potential to go full-time. Candidate must have employee navigator on LinkedIn.

Job Tasks:
a. Able to assist the team with using the Employee Navigator software effectively
b. Comfortable acting act as a subject matter expert, to include:
i. Monitors software support tools/ forums for updates
ii. Masters updates that are applicable to operations
iii. Communicates updates to the team
c. Perform product builds, file setups, import and linking documents, check enrollments fit configuration rules
d. Provide general admin and operations support using skills listed above

Qualities We Are Looking For:
• Self-directed independent attitude
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Ability to pivot quickly and anticipate changes that reflect the business’ needs
• Strong competence with multitasking in Windows, MS Office, and Outlook
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Phone skills
