We are recruiting for a local company who is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will bring comprehensive accounting, payroll, and QuickBooks experience, and is capable of managing multiple sets of books with precision and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Perform full-cycle accounting, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
•  Process payroll and handle related tax filings in compliance with current regulations.
•  Prepare financial reports, client statements, and support audit readiness.
•  Manage client billing, ensure timely deposits, and maintain accounting accuracy across multiple accounts using QuickBooks (Desktop and Online).

Qualifications:

•  Minimum 5 years of recent accounting and payroll experience.
•  Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple clients independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
