Job Description

Hours:  8-5 / M-F

Temporary Assignment - Approximately 1 Month

The HR Clerk will support recruiting efforts, along with other administrative duties to include but not limited to the following:

 

Requirements:

  • Answer phones, transfer calls and take messages
  • Administer testing
  • Assist with new hire paperwork
  • Maintain filing system
  • Run reports
  • Assist with billing
  • Fill in for Receptionist, as needed
  • Other duties as required

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Must have good speaking and listening skills.
  • Able to work with little supervision.
  • Must be very organized and use time wisely.
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Must be punctual and reliable, with a proven attendance record.
