The primary function of the role is to provide technical support by troubleshooting problems and resolving issues/requests for software, systems, network, electronic components, and/or equipment support. Able to demonstrate a technical aptitude as well as relevant work experience related to the function(s) of this role.
Also be mechanically inclined and able to investigate and correct technical issues and malfunctions with a hands-on approach to solve problems using safe and appropriate tools, techniques, and resources.
- Must possess the ability to read, write, edit, and resolve trouble tickets/requests via an automated system
- Communicate effectively with a diverse group of employees at multiple site and locations (via telephone, email, and in person)
- Must possess High School diploma or equivalency or comparable experience
