Full Time/In-Person Inbound Call Center/Receptionist
Hours: Must be available 7:30am -9pm / M-F and 8am - 6pm/ Sat
Taking inbound calls-- "operator" team takes all inbound calls from various published numbers and might answer questions but usually transfers; "customer service" team takes inbound calls from customers scheduling service. Some overlap and teamwork.
Receptionist will answer multi-line phone system, transfer calls, text and take messages. Must be very professional.
Must be available to work a rotating schedule between the hours of 7:30am-9pm Mon.-Fri., and 8am-6pm Saturday.
