A day in the life of the Marketing and Communications Coordinator will focus on these skilled functions:

  • Create, analyze, and manage the company’s social media profiles, presence, and content, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional relevant channels
  • Monitor and engage in relevant, service-related discussions about our company
  • Distribute content that educates and entertains our audience
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach clients and candidates
  • Manage and analyze email campaigns subscribers, activity, and scheduling
  • Design and create product content for sales collateral, case studies , testimonials, website copy, presentations, signage, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital, print, and other marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM ) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral

Our perfect match comes with this background:

  • BA/BS degree or at least 3 years equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices
  • Skilled in creating, editing, and promoting written and visual content
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions, report and analyze
  • Proficiency in using marketing and scheduling software for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing efforts
  • Proficiency with creative/design software
  • Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools
  • In-depth knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks
  • Experience producing and adhering to marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
