Position Duties:

  • Manages all reporting on headcount, open positions, souring effectiveness, and all data related to Talent Acquisition including the submission of accurate and timely annual EEOC reports
  • Responsible for new hire pre-employment process, new hire documentation, and HRIS. Including data entry, background checks/drug screening, driving record audits, and processing all pertinent new hire documentation to accurately input into data system
  • Oversees all aspects of recruiting process cycle, from identifying sources, matching job qualifications and requirements, partnering with hiring managers to establish position requirements and recruitment priorities, ensure job expectations are clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Provides hiring managers with timely, thorough, and robust slate of diverse candidates, and provides weekly follow ups with all hiring managers with a current open position(s)
  • Conducts initial phone screen, recommends and schedules candidate for further interview with hiring managers
  • Organizes and facilitates new hire orientations on a regularly scheduled monthly basis
  • Manages status changes including new hires, promotions, employee transfers, pay rate changes, and termination. Communication with payroll and IT departments is crucial
  • Responsible for new hire and/or replacement business cards and name tags
  • Coordinates offers of employment and manages relocation needs as necessary
  • Develops recruiting materials including written and visual communications, writing and coordinating web page content, social media content and posting on job boards
  • Builds strong working relationships between the HR department, employees and managers
  • Completes duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 3 years experience in HR
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled at prioritizing and organizing workload and multi tasking in a fast paced environment
  • Posses high detail orientation and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems
  • Ability to build rapport and strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work autonomously with general instruction
  • Maintain professional personal appearance at all times
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Able to travel to other locations
  • Able to work evenings, holiday and weekend hours
  • Able to lift 35 lbs
