Sales Account Manager
Job Description
Priority Staffing is looking for a personable, outgoing, self-motivated Sales Account Lead to join our team. We are a locally-owned staffing and recruitment firm, focused in HR, Help Desk/ IT, Office Administration, Accounting and Customer Service. This role will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships with hiring managers within a specified territory.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting
- Qualifying
- Engaging in meaningful business opportunities using:
- Phone
- Electronic platforms
- In person meetings
- Other innovative methods
- Working closely with the recruiting team
The ideal candidate will accomplish this new business development full force, all while fulfilling our ultimate goal for superior satisfaction with our valued current clients.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years B2B service-based sales experience
- Proven sales history, process and metrics
- Strong work ethic and dedication to shared values
- Analytical in creating solutions
- Goal-oriented, committed and competitive
- Confident in our company mission
- Professional demeanor within well-connected networks
- Successful, respectful lead generator and closer
- Organized with time management skills
- Intermediate or advanced technological skills/experience (Microsoft, email, social media platforms etc.)
