Job Description

Hours:  8:30-5:00 / M-F


  • Assist the Leasing Team with administrative tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • CoordinateREC & Preview Agendas; which includes but not limited to the below;
    • Collect Deal Sheets from TCs and/or REMs
    • Create Cover Sheets
    • Coordinate printing
    • Distribute out to team (via email & hard copies)
    • Save binders
    • Scan & upload Deal Sheet notes into Leasing System
  • Assist w/ Deal Activation
    • Create files
    • Print labels
    • Print color binders
  • Enter Sites into Leasing System
  • Check Email Inbox
    • Respond as necessary
    • Forward out to appropriate divisions within the company
  • Distribute office U.S. Mail
  • Order & deliver office supplies
  • Coordinate Meetings within the department
    • Secure rooms
    • Add applicable invites


Job Requirements


  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
