Assistant Branch Manager


Summary:
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a key role in helping our branch grow and thrive. You'll be involved in business development through community engagement, client outreach, and managing collections. You'll also support and supervise our staff, especially when the Branch Manager is unavailable.


Responsibilities:
    • Business Development & Financial Control
          o Help the branch achieve growth and profitability goals.
          o Manage loan approvals and sales finance contracts.
          o Oversee delinquency control, engaging directly with delinquent accounts as needed.


     • Branch Oversight
          o Delegate daily tasks for customer outreach.
          o Learn and assist with personnel management, including hiring, terminations, disciplinary actions, and salary administration.
          o Maintain top-notch customer service.
          o Ensure timely and effective communication with all branch employees.
          o Follow up on audit results and implement recommendations.


     • Compliance
          o Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
          o Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
          o Manage cash control tasks like deposits and cash counts.


     • Employee Development
          o Support the development of all branch employees.
          o Help set and approve development and performance review goals.
          o Promote a learning environment that supports growth.


     • Leadership
          o Model our leadership competencies in all interactions.


      • Other Duties
          o Perform additional tasks as needed.


Experience:
      • Education:
          o High School Diploma or equivalent.


       • Experience:
           o 1-2 years in financial services with customer interaction and staff management.


       • Skills:
           o Ability to meet licensing requirements.
           o Strong analytical and judgment skills.
           o Excellent interpersonal skills across various social and business settings.
           o Ability to handle confidential information.
           o Results-driven and action-oriented.
           o Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
           o Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
