We are actively hiring on behalf of a local company seeking Customer Service Agents.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, a courteous demeanor, and the flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Please note: This is an in-office position.

Summary of details:

• Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• 1–2 years of consistent customer service experience required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong active listening skills with a customer-focused approach

• Demonstrates outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills

• Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility

• Maintains a calm, composed, and positive demeanor under pressure

• Highly goal-oriented with a proactive attitude

• Strong PC proficiency in a Windows-based environment (testing may be required)

• Able to manage tasks efficiently within defined deadlines

• Committed to high standards of honesty and integrity

Requirements and Considerations:

• This is an on site role.
• Administrative testing will be required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for consideration.
