Financial Customer Service Representative
Position: Full-Time Direct Hire
Compensation: $16 plus annual bonuses

What You'll Do:
• Create an Exceptional Customer Experience:
   o Respond to customer needs promptly and efficiently.
   o Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
   o Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Perform Job-Related Functions:
   o Interview customers and process applications, recommending suitable products and services.
   o Handle payments, verify cash, process endorsements, issue receipts, and manage ACH transactions.
   o Present daily marketing offers to customers.
   o Manage and collect assigned customer accounts.
   o Keep accurate records of daily tasks.
• Ensure Compliance:
   o Adhere to company policies and procedures.
   o Comply with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in Learning & Development:

What We're Looking For:
• Education:
   o High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience and Skills:
   o Ability to meet state and federal licensing requirements.
   o Strong analytical and judgment skills.
   o Excellent interpersonal skills across various settings.
   o Ability to handle confidential information.
   o Results-driven and proactive.
   o Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
   o Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
