Temp to Hire / M-F, with an occasional Saturday / 30 hours a week (flexible)
Operating Hours: 10-6 / 10-5 (winter)
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Administrative Assistant / Title Clerk to support daily office operations and dealership title processing. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both customer-facing and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, teachable, and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and professionally direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Greet customers in person and provide a positive front-office experience
- Process vehicle titles, registrations, and plates using the DMV platform
- Print titles and issue license plates in compliance with state regulations
- Enter new units into the online inventory management system
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation is completed and filed
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Support dealership operations through effective communication and teamwork
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative support
- Dealership title clerk experience preferred but not required
- Ability to learn dealership and DMV systems quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with computer-based work and data entry
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
