MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
Job Summary:
We are recruiting a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations, with key responsibilities in accounts payable, data entry, and human resources. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Accounts Payable:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with monthly expense reporting and financial audits.
Data Entry:
- Input and update data in internal databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain records and documentation for various departments.
- Generate and distribute periodic reports as needed.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and changes.
- Help schedule interviews and communicate with job candidates.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as directed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- MUST have experience in the construction industry.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
