Client Operations Coordinator
Part-Time, Temp to Hire

We are recruiting on behalf of a local company who is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to support client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and a self-starter who will deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Success
- Build strong relationships by understanding each client’s goals, communication preferences, and working style.
- Track client milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare materials and coordinate meetings, trainings, and follow-ups for a polished and professional client experience.
- Use Canva and GPT tools to create decks, refine presentations, and develop client-facing content that aligns with our brand.
- Maintain a high-touch, friction-free client experience that reflects our company values.
Project Management & Operations
- Own timelines, task tracking, and accountability across multiple client projects.
- Identify and address potential scope creep early to protect project efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or Asana to ensure deliverables stay on track.
- Continuously refine systems and workflows to drive operational excellence and team productivity.
CEO Enablement
- Partner with the CEO to ensure focus remains on high-impact, revenue-generating work.
- “Manage up” by identifying blockers, facilitating decisions, and keeping priorities clear.
- Oversee administrative support, materials preparation, follow-ups, and internal coordination to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client success, operations, or project coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Canva, GPT-based tools, and project management platforms.
- Ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and stay calm under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
