On-site for training in Virginia Beach | Remote after successful training

We’re recruiting Scheduling Agents for a leading local company! This role offers a clear path from on-site training to a permanent work-from-home position.

We’re looking for dependable, professional team players who thrive in a fast-paced environments that take pride in delivering exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–2 years of solid customer service experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• A positive, professional, and goal-driven attitude
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Windows-based PC systems (testing required)
• Commitment to integrity, teamwork, and excellence

Additional Details:

• Initial in-office training required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Administrative testing required
