We are currently recruiting for a local company who is searching for a Loan Sales Representative.

The ideal candidate will have banking or finance background with a strong customer service drive! Please submit a current resume for consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend and market financial products and services that meet customer needs and branch sales goals.
• Originate new loans by identifying opportunities with both new and existing customers. 
• Conduct collection calls to arrange payment plans on delinquent accounts. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and document all interactions. 
• Consistently meet or exceed branch and personal performance goals. 
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging in meaningful conversations to understand and respond to customer needs. 
• Build strong internal and external relationships. 
• Ensure customer privacy and protect confidential information.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Actively participate in personal development and training opportunities to expand product knowledge and leadership skills. 
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support branch operations

Qualifications:

• Financial or Banking institute background and experience 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-driven with a proactive, sales-minded approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with State and Federal regulations.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
