Chesapeake

Full Time, Monday – Friday

$18/hour

 

We are recruiting for a local financial company who is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Receptionist / Customer Service Agent to join their team.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service while supporting key office functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who brings a positive attitude, a genuine passion for helping people, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greeting and assisting visitors at the front desk
  • Making collection calls or other communications as needed
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
