
Staffing Sales Executive
Job Description
Priority Staffing is hiring a dynamic Staffing Sales Executive to drive growth at our established boutique staffing agency, specializing in HR, IT, Admin, Accounting, and Customer Service placements. This individual will develop new and existing relationships and services with hiring managers, HR managers, and other hiring decision makers.
We're looking for a results-oriented professional to:
• Cultivate and expand client relationships across diverse industries
• Engage with key decision-makers to understand and fulfill their staffing needs
• Balance new business development with exceptional service to existing clients

RESPONSIBILITIES
New Business Development
• Prospect, generate leads, and evaluate potential staffing partnerships
• Network in industry associations, referral groups, and business groups
• Present tailored staffing solutions to potential clients
• Establish prospective company and contact profiles
• Maintain engagement with prospects via email, phone, in person, and through sales campaigns
• Submit, discuss, negotiate, and secure staffing agreements
Account Maintenance
• Accommodate all current clients and employees with pressing or complex employment matters
• Develop flexible, consistent, and predictive client-specific resolutions to workforce needs
• Communicate valuable presence and availability for future client projects and planning
• Visit local clients and employees for check ins, special occasions and holidays
Requisition Management
• Conduct daily status updates on all requisitions and inquiries with recruiting team
• Evaluate candidate submission quality/quantity as requested by the client
• Direct requisition fulfillment priorities per client and position with recruiting team
• Collaborate to reengage client requisition progress and feedback
Strategic Planning
• Assess workforce growth opportunities within prospective and current clients
• Stay educated in targeted and local industries, as well as staffing/HR/employment law standards
• Update knowledge of employment and staffing trends, developments, and innovations
Marketing
• Assist with creative sales materials to complement existing marketing collateral, as needed
• Set up sponsored events tables golf tournaments, industry conferences, etc.
• Represent the company at local/regional conferences, sponsorships, job fairs, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 years B2B service-based sales experience
• Proven sales history, process, and metrics
• Strong work ethic
• Analytical in creating solutions
• Goal-oriented, committed, competitive
• Professional demeanor within well-connected networks
• Successful, respectful lead generator and closer
• Organized with time management skills
• Intermediate or advanced technological skills/experience (Microsoft, email, social media platforms, computer environment)
