Tax Prep Assistant

Full Time| Temp - Indefinite

$20/Hour

Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 6:30pm

We are currently recruiting for a local CPA firm who is searching for a Tax Prep Assistant. 

 

Job Duties:

  • Greeting customers in a friendly yet professional manner to make customers feel welcome and comfortable.  Provide exceptional customer service.  
  • Schedule client appointments and prepare tax envelopes.
  • Detailed-oriented and goal-driven with strong computer and communication skills
  • Provide exceptional support and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as needed and assigned.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Experience/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tax preparation and filing a plus.
  • bilingual in Tagalog.
  • Familiarity tax preparation modules and accounting.
  • Effective communication skills and commitment to superior interpersonal and customer services skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Basic knowledge of computer functions required. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
